ANUROOP Returns & Cancellations

Did not like the product you had shopped? No Worries. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. And hence, we offer a very simple 3 step return policy to our customers for all eligible products*.

*Stitched products are made from scratch and usually not eligible for returns and refund. Products bought during sale/sale section or on special sale price are also not eligible for returns and refunds.

Usually, a coupon code equivalent to the returned product value will be shared for your future purchase.

If you wish for your refund to be processed to the original payment mode, you can state so in your email to us. The payment shall be refunded to the original payment mode with applicable deductions as stated in the sections below after your return.

Below are the 3 steps for returning yourΒ ANUROOP purchases.

  • Inform: You need to share the name and image of the product via email atΒ info@anuroop.co.inΒ within 24 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.

  • Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back as per the original condition. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 3 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged, used and/or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped. In case, return pickup is arranged for by us, return shipping charges incurred by us shall be deducted from the refund amount in addition to any other restocking fees.

  • Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refunds policy.

Cancellation of your order:

  • Every order is generally fulfilled within 24-48 working hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customers choice of receiving a refund-coupon-code or refund in your original payment mode after 5% deduction as restocking fees from the order amount (which is incurred by us as payment gateway charges).

    In case of refund via coupon code or store credit, 5% deduction shall not be applicable.

REFUND POLICY Β 

    Mode of Refund

    • Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code. The coupon code is a single time use only and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code shall have 1 year validity.

    Applicable Deductions

    • In case of order returns,Β 5% towards restocking fees (incurred by us for the payment gateway charges) will be deducted from the transaction amount before refund in addition to the deductions towards shipping charges detailed below.
    • In case of non-acceptance of prepaid orders, a total of β‚Ή250 plus applicable taxes will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse. Additionally, 5% towards restocking fees (incurred by us for the payment gateway charges)Β will be deducted from the transaction amount before refund.
    • For prepaid orders where the shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer/or free shipping, β‚Ή125 plus applicable taxesΒ towards the shipping from our warehouse to the customer will be deducted while processing refund.
    • ForΒ COD orders,Β actual charges incurredΒ towards the shipping from our warehouse to the customer will be deducted while processing refund.
    • Any refund coupon code of the previous order, if applied to a new order which is not accepted by you, will lead to expiry of the coupon code and cannot be used again. Please ensure COD / prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted by you.
    • In case of non-receipt of order confirmationΒ and/or non-fulfillment of orders by us, for any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet, please contact us before you place another order. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deductedΒ from the transaction amount before refund.

    Eligibility

    • All non-sale products sold under our website are eligible for return against a credit of coupon code.Β 
    • Damaged / used / products sent without original packaging are not eligible for refunds. The items can be sent back to you at an additional β‚Ή125Β plus applicable taxes shipping cost.
    • Items which are not informed for returns within 48 hours / not received by us within 5 days, are not eligible for returns or refund.
    • All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks and sent.
    • Products bought in any kind of SALE are not eligible for return/exchange/refund.
    • Stitched products are made from scratch and not eligible for returns and refund. Products bought during sale/ from sale section or on special sale price are also not eligible for returns, exchange and/or refunds.

    Note: We do not accept return on stitched products as the products are custom made for every client but incase of size issues, kindly email us and the team will connect within 24-48 working hours with you for exchange of size for the same design.

    Refund Time

    • Coupon code/Refund to original payment mode will be processed within 3 working days from the day we receive and accept the returned products or the confirmation of cancellation of the order.Β 
    • The coupon code issued as refund will only be applicable for use if you do not apply any other offer code while placing a new order.Β 
    • A customer cannot apply more than one coupon code while placing an order and hence orders that are placed using the refund coupon code will not be able to apply any offer coupon code.
